My coaching is far more than just step counts, gym workouts and calorie targets.
It is bespoke lifestyle, fitness and health coaching with education every step of the way so that after you have reached your goal - whatever that is - you know how and why you got there along with how to stay there.
A part of what makes my coaching unique is my detailed library of educational videos designed, filmed and edited by me personally.

I explain the science behind why repeated or incomplete dieting cycles are likely to cause eventual gradual weight gain, not steady weight management. Together we work to break that cycle.

I walk through practical principles in the gym - whether that is how to progressively overload if your machine has big weight jumps, what intensity you should be working to, or how to use equipment such as lifting straps to elevate your workouts.

I love videos so much that it's how I give my check in feedback! That way I can show you exactly what I see and how I've interpreted everything and give you a truly personal coaching experience. (FYI - these are my check in photos, not a clients!)

Its not good enough for me that I know how to interpret data such as your resting heart rate or heart rate variability. Instead I explain what they are and work with you to help you interpret them as well.

Rather than telling you to stop drinking alcohol temporarily so I can get you a physical transformation, I work with you to balance this with your goals. I explain how the body breaks alcohol down and the impact it has on your general health, body fat and sports performance. Spoiler alert - it's not just the calorie content!

The majority of exercises I program have custom filmed 'how-to' videos where I take the confusion out of set up and execution. I highlight common mistakes and how to correct these.

I don't ask you to take any additional supplements, instead I explain how they work in the body and who they may benefit and why.

I have hours of nutritional education videos, but also written step by step guides that can be accessed within seconds from the app to walk you through everything you need to do to when it comes to planning your food. Think of it as a nutritional 'cheat sheet' with everything you need to know all in one place!

The natural step for a business that has more demand than I can supply is to hire more staff to deal with the workload. The issue for me is my coaching is dependent on my own personal skills and knowledge.
I do not employ other coaches to manage my clients, nor do I employ an admin team to handle my applications and enquiries. Instead I limit the number of women I work with at any time and operate on a ‘one in one out’ basis.
